With FAUS Aqua-0 surface protection, FAUS laminate floors with the Jointguard® feature ensure a solid defense against water for 48 hours. If you opt for designs featuring Interplank® technology, surface water resistance is extended to 24 hours. If you are looking for additional 24-hour protection, it is essential to incorporate Clicseal joint sealant into the installation, applying it to the longitudinal and transverse anchoring system of each plank, together with flexible silicone around the perimeter of the installation*.
FAUS has developed XTREME technology specially designed for areas with higher humidity levels, such as kitchens and bathrooms. These spaces require specific characteristics to cope with wet conditions, and with XTREME technology, we have taken our performance to the next level. - The joints have a water-repellent coating on their surface, repelling moisture to minimize the impact of leaks or spills.
- The backing is strengthened with polyurethane resins incorporated during manufacturing, guaranteeing twice the dimensional stability compared to other waterproof laminate floors and up to three times more than standard ones.
